Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from

Our online sales are processed by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as merchant of record. Paddle takes your payment, calculates and remits VAT and issues your invoice. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. The content itself is provided by us.
2. What you can buy
- Signature Club, Home Cook: two new signature recipes per month for four people, as PDF. €6.90 a month or €59 a year.
- Signature Club, Professional: two new signature recipes per month for 30 portions with mise en place, food cost per portion, allergens and plating notes, including the Home Cook edition, as PDF. €19 a month or €179 a year.
- eBook “Fire & Food”: 150+ pages as PDF, one-off price €32.
All prices include VAT. All content is in English. New club recipes are published on the first day of each month, starting January 2027.
3. Subscriptions
Club subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, on the page Cancel your subscription, by email or through the link in your Paddle receipt. You keep all recipes received up to that point. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance about any price change; it applies from the next billing period and you may cancel before it takes effect.
4. Licence
Recipes and the eBook are for your own use. Professional members may cook the dishes commercially, for example on menus, at events and in catering. Passing on, reselling or publishing the files or their text and photos is not permitted.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has begun, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, art. 17). We ask for this consent at checkout.
Our promise on top of the law: if you have not downloaded any content yet, we refund your first payment in full on request within 14 days. Email georg@mr-belly.com or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are paid back by Paddle to your original payment method.
6. Liability
Our recipes are tested with care. Please follow safe food handling and fire safety at all times, check ingredients against the allergies of the people you cook for, and use grills and smokers according to the manufacturer's instructions. Statutory liability remains unaffected.
7. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at georg@mr-belly.com; we reply within three working days. You can also use the electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt. For consumer disputes you may contact an alternative dispute resolution body, for example CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt), or the arbitration centre for your region. Portuguese law applies; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected.
